Cancellation Policy

By booking this shoot, you agree to the following terms and conditions: CANCELLATION POLICY- We are a no refund studio. If you cannot make your appointment time, please contact me and I will try to reschedule you to another available time. WEATHER POLICY- In the event of bad weather, a decision will be made 24 hours before the shoot and you will be notified about a new date for the shoot. EDITING POLICY- The photographer will provide a pleasing color balance but cannot guarantee exact color matching. It is sometimes not possible to record in print the exact color as seen by the human eye. There is no right to reject on the basis of style or composition. The photographer denies the client the right to edit delivered images other than picture sizing. All images will be edited at the discretion of the photographer. Editing is defined as adjusting raw images for exposure, color balance and cropping in line with the photographer’s published style. Advanced retouching is not included and is defined as any adjustments outside of the editing parameters defined above, such as, but not limited to: object removal, skin/hair/clothing adjustments, body slimming, background changes, etc. Requests for revised editing of more than 2% of the final delivered images will incur an additional cost of $4 per image. Requests for advanced retouching will be $15 per image. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY- In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value paid for the shoot. COPYRIGHT- The entire copyright in the photographs is retained by the photographer at all times throughout the world. The photographer retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting their work. Photographs uploaded to the internet on personal web pages or social media including Facebook or Instagram should credit the photographer as the creator of said images
