The Process
Let's Chat
Pick a destination wedding photography package, send us a message and let's get started on reserving your date. We will discuss your destination wedding details, location and venue requirements to make sure everything is covered. Then we can talk about the fun stuff like YOU and any ideas you have photography wise. I can't wait to hear your vision!
FInALIZE
My most popular wedding dates book up about 18 months in advance.

At this stage, we will finalize all the details, your payment plan, and coverage times to complete the contract.
You will pay your deposit and sign your destination wedding photography contract. NOW, you are officially booked!
Logistics
We will work with your destination wedding travel agent to reserve our travel, if you have one. We typically arrange to arrive at least 1 day before your destination wedding to check out the venue and get ready for your big day. For destination weddings at all inclusive resorts, we stay at the same property as your wedding guests. Typically, our stay is 2-3 nights, so you can save on any outside vendor fees.
TraVEL TIME
We will have our final call with you the week of the destination wedding to finalize all wedding times and walk through your timeline. Once we arrive, we love to get a chance to meet you and say hi!
